Refund Policy

No fine print. No gotchas. Here's exactly what happens if you need a refund.

The short version: If WyserAds isn't working for you, we want to make it right. You can get a pro-rated refund for unused days if you cancel during your billing cycle, and a full refund if you haven't had a chance to actually use it yet.

Free Trial

If WyserAds offers a free trial period, you won't be charged anything until the trial ends. Cancel before your trial is up and you owe nothing — no charges, no questions.

If you forget to cancel and get charged at the end of your trial, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full.

Pro-Rated Refunds

If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you're eligible for a refund for the unused portion of that billing period.

  • Cancelled on day 10 of a 30-day cycle? You can request a refund for the remaining 20 days.
  • The refund is calculated based on calendar days remaining, not usage.
  • Must be requested within 30 days of your billing date.

The 30-Day Window

We process refund requests made within 30 days of any charge. After that, the billing period has closed and we're unable to issue a refund for it.

This keeps things clean and predictable — you always have a full month to evaluate whether WyserAds is worth it.

What We Don't Refund

  • Charges older than 30 days.
  • Partial months where you actively used the service and simply decided to stop.
  • Disputes filed directly with your card issuer instead of coming to us first — please reach out before going that route.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. We'll confirm by email once we've issued it on our end.

Something Broke on Our End?

If WyserAds had a service outage, a bug that blocked you from using the product, or we failed to deliver what was advertised — that's on us. Contact support and we'll make it right. Full refund or account credit, your choice.
